Surendra Babu K

Surendra Babu is an Expert  in Transformational &  Leadership Training, and also he is a Leadership Coach, Mentor, Motivational Speaker, Peak Performance Trainer & HR Consultant – create and implementation of HR systems, policies and processes for Small and Medium Enterprises (SME’s). As a transformational trainer he inspires and encourages individuals to realize their true potential. Suren has 24 yrs of experience as Human Resource Professional and Training & Development in various industries like Hotel / BPO / ITES / Pharma / SEZ / Infrastructure & Construction and Garment Industry. He has Masters in HR, PGCHRM (XLRI Jamshedpur).  He is a Certified NLP Master Practitioner, Master Diploma in Training – Life Skills & Leadership Skills, Certified Storyteller and Certified on Psychology of Winning. His passion is training and he is specialized in Transformational Training, Leadership Training, Leadership Coaching and Motivation.
